Notice is here provided that a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of THE RIVER WATCH HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., will be held as follows: 

DATE:             Monday, October 21, 2013

TIME:              7:00 PM 

PLACE:           Tarpon Springs Community Center – Social Room 

                        400 South Walton – Tarpon Springs FL 

 

 

AGENDA 

1.      Establish Quorum and Proof of Notice – all present.  

2.      Call Meeting to Order – 7:00 PM 

3.      Minutes of Last Meeting 

a.      September 16, 2013 – Frank motioned, Kathleen 2nd minutes accepted 

4.      Report of Officers 

a.      Treasurer’s Report – Frank motioned, Evelyn 2nd report accepted  

                                                              i.     Delinquency Update – 2 homes sent to lawyer for foreclosure 

                                                             ii.     Review 2014 Proposed Budget for mailing to membership – Evelyn motioned, Kathleen 2nd – proposed budget approved for mailing. 

5.      Committee Reports/Violation Spreadsheet Update 

a.      Architectural Review Committee 

                                                              i.     Florida friendly lawn change -1809 Riveredge – committee approved,  

                                                             ii.     Florida friendly, even though docs a certain percentage of yard must be lawn, with Florida Friendly, can lawn be removed? Run by attorney. 

b.      Fining Committee - none 

c.      Violations Spreadsheet Update 

d.      Other items as introduced by a committee member  

                                                              i.     Subgrade failure by entrance – have city inspect. 

                                                             ii.     Electric & lights installed at the gazebo – run by Attorney 

6.      Unfinished Business 

a.      Dock Repair – permit applied for 

b.      Proposed by electrician for front sign – Meet at sign to discuss suggestions – continue next month. 

c.      Front sign lettering need to be addressed as they are weathering (and growing mushrooms) 

d.      Bulletin Board Suggestions / Update – should another bulletin board be placed at the playground?  Not at this time. 

e.      Approval of Architectural Review Guidelines – run by Attorney 

7.      New Business 

a.      Additional Pet Stations – we will stay with what we have at this time.
