Tarpon Springs RiverWatch Architectural Form To BE used BEFORE any work is done on the street visible portion of
your home. Riverwatch is a deed restricted community, meaning there are guidelines as to what can and can not be
done. Work done must FIRST pass our guidelines specified in our documents and THEN work done (visible from the
street) must be submitted to the architectual committee AND Approved before work begins. I would like
this to end up becoming a NECESSARY document one must have on the job site (to be discussed 5/17/2010 meeting)
