Tarpon Springs Police Department Responsible citizens who have pride in living and working in safe, well maintained neat and attractive homes and businesses voluntarily adhere to most city codes. Unfortunately, violations do occur on properties within the city. In these situations Code Enforcement is responsible for obtaining compliance to the standards as set forth by the city. Citizens may phone in reported of possible violations. Be prepared to give the street address and a brief description of of the potential violation. You will be asked to leave your name and number to aid the inspection should questions arise. This information becomes part of public record and is available to any citizen for review.
