Do you have a home for sale in RiverWatch? CURRENTLY TarponRiverWatch.com is getting a good amount of traffic - and since it looks like others may be WANTING to live here very soon ... list now ... I am thinking a waiting list will soon be needed of people WANTING to move here - just waiting for an available home ... won't that be Cool ? :-) Do you have a home in RiverWatch you wish to lease (minimum of 12 month leases)? Send a COPY of your lease agreement to Tony at Ameri-Tech. You may list any home you have for sale or lease here. Send your information and pictures to TarponRiverWatch@gmail.com and as Evelyn is available, she will update the website. PLEASE keep Evelyn () updated when your home sells or is leased. Remember to have your prospective buyer or tenet read the deed restrictions. Protect your investment, help your neighbors protect theirs as well. Landlords ... YOU ARE responsible for the actions of your tenants. Tenants ... remember, if you wanted to live however you wanted to - a deed restricted community is NOT the place to do it. Many places one can live as one wishes - no matter what ... I have family who do (I love them, but they could not live here and I've told them that ... LOL!!! I know ... I'm SOOOooooooo mean. :-)
