There seems to be confusion as to what people would like to know. Going on my feedback alone - THIS is what I want to know ... WHAT is going on in my community?

Way back when (before the first *newsletter* in the driveway, before attending our first meeting) a crew of people descended on Riverwatch ... one day they were painting yellow lines, the next day blue, then green and red. It took MANY calls over several hours to discover Verizon was putting in fiber optics ... our property management company at the time had not a clue of how to find out what was happening, who was doing it or how to convey it (it was late 2006 - so maybe they had not yet heard of this Internet thing ...)

ARGH! So anyway - THIS page was first created on THIS site back in early 2007 ... lot's of help I hope you find it to be. If I sound frustrated ... ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am better now ... ? ;-)

Entrance	This includes the area from OUR Turn in to our community, down to the fire hydrant before getting to the boat dock parking lot. The trees along the north side of Riverwatch - YAY!!! they are beginning to green :-) BUT they DO really look bad about eight months out of the year. The greening saved them (I hope) until they turn dormat again (I hope) What do YOU think? SUBJECT: Entrance RW	3/7/10 - see the Tree Replacement Link
Boat Dock Area - including dock and parking lot.	The boat dock parking lot (BY PROPER PERMIT ONLY ... EVIE has the stickers and these WILL be starting to be ENFORCED ... uh, when are those who use the dock wanting to enforce it? :-) Those who live here and do USE the dock - you know ones who aren't supposed to be there .... :-) help? All others will be towed at the vehicle owners expense) boat launch and dock. This item sits in the Proposal stage until we get a committee ready to address it. Want to be included on it? Let me know.	3/7/10 - leaving red because all I changed was the date - and this IS an issue that WILL become an issue as the weather turns warm.
Playground	From across the road from the boat dock through the EMERGENCY access road at Anclote Vista. DOES it need a roof? The one that had been sent (and subsequently stolen was VERY (VERY) Heavy and the brackets they sent twice (both different - but they insisted were correct(?) ... anyway ... DOES the play equipment NEED a roof? Personally - I like the openness of it ... what do YOU think - e-mail SUBJECT: Playground Roof Opinion :-) THANK YOU !!!	3/29/09 ~ as of 3/7/10 only three people have expressed a wish for a roof ... every time the board has voted on this issue - it is to cap the posts (so it looks finished) leaving red as this is still not completed :-(

The purpose of the "Old Main Projects Page" was to lay-out projects in the works and posible future projects. To be able to do many things, community involvement WILL be (has been) needed. But this page kinda floundered in the creative process ... come on people now :-)
