You Should Know
Rules, regs and other stuff ... did your realtor send you here before you bought? LOL!!! Mine would have not mentioned it ... and she was Prez of the association when she sold us our home ... hmmm ...
Please, don't get me wrong. I love our home ... but ... it does appear some are only here as a symbol of some thing they don't think they can attain ... LOL!!! As the creatrix of this site ~ I get some poetic license :-) ... and with that ... thoughts are things, think the good ones my friends.
If a rule or reg is stoopid (sic) ... let's work to change it properly.
Several community members requested we address our Covenants, Amendments, Rules and other stuff :-(this was requested in 2008 - but no one came forward to say I want to help do it)-: It has been brought up our documents are about as clear as mud :-)
YAY!!! Sounds like fun! Who wants to help?
Those volunteers who are there everytime - thank you, thank you, thank you - No need to explain why you can't do everything :-)
